Pricing is calculated on the number of events you have active in your account. The price is the same regardless of the size of the event, the number of people you have in the account or the number of people you have in the event workforce.
You can close an event once it is over and it will no longer count towards your active total. You can still access closed events as read only, and you can duplicate a closed event to create an active copy.

Pricing questions
How much does Joi cost?
Joi starts at A$50 per month for up to 10 active events, and every plan includes every feature. Larger plans cost less per event: A$4.50 per event at 25 events, A$4 at 100, and A$2.50 at 500 active events. Prices are also available in USD, GBP and EUR.
Why is Joi priced by events and not by users?
Joi charges by active events so you can bring your whole team without paying per seat. The price is the same whatever the size of the event, the number of people in your account or the size of your event workforce, so adding a volunteer, a producer or a client for a week costs nothing extra.
What counts as an active event?
An active event is any event open in your Joi account. When an event is over you can close it, and it stops counting towards your total. Closed events stay available to view as read only, and you can duplicate a closed event to start next year's edition as a new active event.
Can I add unlimited team members?
Yes. Every Joi plan includes unlimited users and unlimited event workforce. You set each person's permission level, and there are no extra fees for adding people or limits on how many you add.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. You can use every feature in Joi free for 7 days, and no credit card is required. Then choose the plan that suits the number of events you run.
What's included in each plan?
Every plan includes the full Joi platform: the program builder, event websites and embeddable programs, the Joi event app, event budgeting, and planning tools for information collection, webforms and tasks. Plans differ only in how many events you can have active at once.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Joi is billed monthly with no lock-in contract, so you can cancel at any time.
What if I run more than 500 events?
