Pricing is calculated on the number of events you have active in your account. The price is the same regardless of the size of the event, the number of people you have in the account or the number of people you have in the event workforce.

You can close an event once it is over and it will no longer count towards your active total. You can still access closed events as read only, and you can duplicate a closed event to create an active copy.
