Flexible plans to suit the way you work

Pricing is calculated on the number of events you have active in your account. The price is the same regardless of the size of the event, the number of people you have in the account or the number of people you have in the event workforce.

You can close an event once it is over and it will no longer count towards your active total. You can still access closed events as read-only.

What is an active event?

An event in Joi can either be active or closed. Once you've finished with an event and no longer need to make changes, you can close it to free up a slot for a new event.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes — Joi offers a 30 day free trial. There are no limitations during the trial period, you can use Joi with the full functionality of a paid subscription.

Do you have a support team if I need help?

Yes we do... we have Joiful humans all around the globe ready to assist. You can use our chat at the bottom of this page or send us an email with your support requests.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will be finalised at the end of your current month.

What type of credit cards do you accept?

Currently Joi offers 2 types of credit card payments: Visa and Mastercard.

What currencies do you support?

You can subscribe to Joi in AUD, EUR, GBP, USD.

Do you save my credit card details?

Joi does not store, process or collect credit card information submitted to us by customers. We leverage trusted and PCI-compliant payment vendor, Stripe, to ensure that customers’ credit card information is processed securely and according to appropriate regulation.

Do you have an enterprise plan?
