Create Event

Either create a new event or import into an existing event

Add a room/location

Click + ADD ROOM/LOCATION

in the pop up select IMPORT SESSIONS

select your spreadsheet from the file browser 

Note: Your spreadsheet will need a header row

Select columns to import

The manage import pop up will display the header and first 5 rows of your spreadsheet for you to check

From your spreadsheet you can select 3 columns to import

• Session Tiltle
• Session Description
• Duration

Don't worry about date and time; This will be generated in Joi

Click drop downs to match your columns if required then click import

Ready to import

After clicking import you will return to the New Room/Location pop up

The number of sessions to be imported will be displayed

Click ADD ROOM/LOCATION  to complete import

Import Complete

All your session will the load into that room/location

If preferred you can break up sessions by room in your spreadsheets  then run an individual import for each room

Arrange your Program

Add as  many room locations as required and give them names then drag and drop the sessions into the correct order

Times will be automatically calculated from the duration of the session

Note: Programs are easiest to rearrange in condensed view

Import performers or speakers

Click Performers then click the 3 dots in the top right of the table, select import

select the spreadsheet to import from your file browsers

Select columns to import

The manage import pop up will display the header and first 5 rows of your spreadsheet for you to check

From your spreadsheet you can select the columns to import

Click drop downs to match your columns if required then click import

Import complete

Performers will then appear in the table ready to allocate to sessions

Add performers to sessions

Click on a performer to open Manager Performer pop up

In the pop up click sessions

Select session and add performer
